Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by opioid.wtf ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting https://opioid.wtf, creating an account, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using our website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version and its effective date here. Please review this page periodically; if you do not agree with an update, stop using the Service.

Accounts

Your account is for your personal use. Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or sign-in details, or resell or transfer a license key unless the relevant product listing expressly permits it. Keep your password and recovery email secure, use accurate account information, and contact support promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may temporarily restrict access to protect an account, investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized access, or enforce these Terms. We will provide notice when practical; urgent security or abuse situations may require immediate action.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as support requests, reviews, feedback, or application materials. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Service, respond to you, moderate public areas where you chose to post, and meet legal obligations. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or operational concern. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Products, licenses, and access

Product pages describe the available features, compatibility, status, and access period for each purchase. A licence key is generally for the purchaser’s personal use and may be limited by product, device, account, or term as described on the listing. After a payment is confirmed, the key or access details are delivered through your account dashboard. Do not share, publish, or resell keys.

Access may be affected by maintenance, third-party software updates, or service interruptions. Product status and compatibility can change. If an interruption affects an active purchase, contact support so we can review the issue and any available remedy under the listing and applicable law.

Prices and payments

Prices and the applicable currency are shown during checkout. A payment-provider return page or browser message alone does not confirm payment; an order is confirmed after the payment provider reports successful settlement and the Service verifies it. Supported account-balance payments, if offered for an order, are applied as shown at checkout. Do not submit payment details except through the designated checkout provider.

Refunds and payment disputes

All purchases made through opioid.wtf are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital software keys and licenses that may be delivered or activated immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

We purchase our software keys and licenses from third-party suppliers on a non-refundable basis. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for purchases that have already been processed or delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Nothing in this section limits any refund or other right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false payment disputes, chargebacks, or payment claims may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

If you believe your purchase has an issue, please contact support at opioidsupp@tutamail.com before filing a payment dispute so we can review the issue.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all products, keys, licenses, and access provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opioid.wtf and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage of any kind arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Service or any product purchased through it, or your inability to access or use them, regardless of the legal theory and whether we were advised that the loss or damage was possible. This exclusion applies to direct and indirect damages and includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or use; damage to a device, system, software, or account; service interruption; replacement costs; and claims or actions by a game publisher, platform, or other third party, including warnings, suspensions, bans, or loss of access.

You understand that third-party games, platforms, software, and detection or anti-cheat systems are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a product will remain compatible, available, undetected, or permitted under a third party’s rules. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of purchasing and using a product, including the risk that a third party may change its software or take action against an account.

Third-party software

Some products may interact with third-party games or software that use anti-cheat or other detection systems. We do not guarantee that a product will remain undetected, compatible, or available after a third party changes its software. Using a product may violate a game publisher’s rules and may result in account restrictions or other consequences imposed by that publisher. Review the relevant third-party rules before purchasing or using a product. opioid.wtf is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with game publishers.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use the Service to commit fraud, interfere with another person’s account, bypass security controls, attack or disrupt the site, misuse referral or balance features, or violate applicable law. We may remove content, suspend an account, or end access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a security risk, or used the Service fraudulently. We may act immediately when needed to protect users or the Service; contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
