Our accounts are designed to give you quick access to your favorite games, with various options for matchmaking eligibility, account levels, ratings, medals, and inventory items. Each account comes with specific features depending on the selected product.

• CS2 Competitive Ready: An account below Level 10, typically Level 2–9, eligible for standard Competitive matchmaking but not Premier.
• CS2 Premier Ready: An account above Level 10 with immediate Premier access. An existing rating is not guaranteed.
• CS2 Premier Rating: A Premier-eligible account with an existing CS Rating of 10,000–14,999+, as specified in the product listing.
• CS2 Premier Medals: A Premier-eligible account featuring medals on its profile.
• CS2 Premier 10 Medals: A Premier-eligible account featuring 10 or more medals.
• CS2 Skins: A Prime-enabled account with an inventory valued at $50 or more, potentially including weapon skins, knives, or gloves.
• CS2 Knives / Gloves: An account guaranteed to include at least one knife or glove skin.
• Rust Accounts: Accounts providing access to Rust, with specifications detailed in the individual product listing.
• ARC Raiders Accounts: An account that includes ARC Raiders and is set up for gameplay.
• WARDOGS Ranked Ready: An account with instant access to Ranked matchmaking.
• Rainbow Six Siege Ranked Ready: An account above Level 50 with access to Ranked matchmaking.

Important Information

• Warranty Period: CS2 and Rust accounts include a 6-hour replacement warranty. ARC Raiders and Rainbow Six Siege accounts include a 3-hour replacement warranty. WARDOGS accounts include a 6-hour replacement warranty.
• Account Replacement: If your account is banned under the applicable warranty, does not match the product description, or has incorrect login details, region, or specifications, we will provide a replacement if the issue is reported within the applicable warranty period.
• CS2 Skins Warranty: NFA Skins accounts are covered by a first-login warranty only. Please verify your account and inventory immediately after receiving access.
• Support: CS2 replacement requests must be submitted through our site. For Rust, ARC Raiders, WARDOGS, and Rainbow Six Siege, please open a ticket through our official Discord server. We do not provide support through direct messages or other unauthorized channels.
• Account Recovery: Accounts are temporarily sourced and may be recovered at any time if left unused. We are not responsible for losses resulting from account recovery.
• Account Stability: To help maintain account stability, avoid launching a game while another session is already running or the account is being used by the original owner. If this occurs, wait 1–2 hours before trying again.
• Inventory Transfers: Transferring or trading items may trigger Steam Guard alerts or notify the original owner. Issues resulting from inventory transfers are not covered by the warranty.
• User Error: Issues caused by unfamiliarity with the game, software, or game mechanics, as well as cooldowns or penalties resulting from user actions, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the product warranty.
• Resale Restrictions: Accounts purchased for resale or other commercial purposes are not covered unless expressly authorized.
• Purchase Instructions: Please follow all instructions provided after purchase. Failure to do so may affect warranty eligibility.
• Account Limit: Do not purchase more than 2 accounts unless you intend to use them immediately.
